The Contact Form widget displays a contact form allowing consumers to contact you directly from your website to ask questions or request additional information.
Defaults
By default, the Contact Form widget creates a form with basic fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone, and Comments.
Limitations
The Contact Form widget can be placed on any page, but it is typically a good idea to have a dedicated “Contact” page on your website.
